With a profound journey spanning 37 years in the real estate sector, Eric Gow is a seasoned professional whose passion for real estate was ignited at the tender age of 18. Starting with buying, fixing, and selling houses, Eric’s early endeavors laid a solid foundation for a diversified career. His early interest in property ownership propelled him to earn credentials as a Residential Certified Appraiser, Property Manager, and Builder.

In 1992, Eric took a pivotal step by establishing Mainstreet Appraisal Corporation, leveraging his expertise to set a benchmark in quality and reliability in property appraisals. The success of this venture led him to further expand his horizons by acquiring a Specialized Tool and Die Company, further underscoring his business acumen and dedication to growth.

Despite the challenges of managing multiple enterprises, Eric’s commitment to his work and his belief in the rewards of hard work have remained unwavering. Today, he continues to thrive in the real estate realm, appraising properties and assisting clients with their real estate needs, all while holding an active real estate license.
